Arctic Meltdown! |

2007 and 2008 is International Polar Year! Explore the impact of global climate change on the Arctic environment, Inuit traditions and lifestyle, the North West Passage and the implications these changes will have for Canadians.
Curriculum Connections
- analyze how the Inuit interconnect with their environment past present and future
- explain obstacles unique to exploration in extreme Arctic environments
- describe contributions of Canadians to exploration technologies
